Zion is a dynamic and sophisticated photographer and cinematographer by trade. He has shot, directed and edited a number of award-winning fashion shots, music videos, short, feature and documentary films, which have been screened at various international festivals .
Zion Brown photography & films with style and a clear point of view. He works with precision and expertise, which has earned him the respect and admiration of clients and colleagues around the world. His roster of clients is as diverse as it is impressive. Zions’ commercial work includes shooting, directing and editing for high-profile national and international clients such as: Reuters, ORT, Ch-10 Israel, Hot cinema, ch-5, Phonokol, Emi, Miss israel, Miss aliya, Miss krayot and many more.
Zion began his culture life as a musician D.j & producer from age of 15. when he was 17 years old he got his first camera, old Konika 35mm cam as a gift, from them it becomes a love story. he strted to shoot every ocation even in his big Dj gigs.
After the army he began to work as a journalist , Music correspondent at local newspaper. somewhere in mid of 1993 He was sent to interview Sir ‘Elton John. The photographer that should join him, could not get to the interview. Zion took his camera that always was with him and instead of interview its finished almost like Eltons photo session.
A year later, Zion flew to Frankfurt, Germany to study photography and art at Offenbach Academy of Art and Design.
After graduation he came back to Israel and started to work as a photojournalist in one of leading news agencies in the country.
While working as a press photographer Zion established his own photography company ” Symbol Productions”. Since 1997 until today is the owner and CEO of the company.
Under his camera out into the world and dozens of top models, beauty pageants, catalogs and cover stories.
Today Zion is considered one of the top fashion photographers in the country.
